Local brand design agency Cornwell Studios, commissioned Creswick Creative to take a whole bunch of pre-shot footage and 3D artistic renders to create a series of social media spots for a soon to be built residential real estate development in Sydney. Cornwell had already storyboarded 10 x 15 second spots and had them filmed accordingly. Our role was to manage the post production workflow, putting together the spots for their social media campaign over a number of weeks. The videos were targeted at specific market segments from first home buyers, to downsizers and it was critical that the edit spoke to these people in a succinct and polished way. As a result of this campaign, we were asked to produce from scratch their next Real Estate campaign including casting and filming on location in Brisbane.
